Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your KANTOX products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 days to return your item with a money-back guarantee.


1. Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all original accessories, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at kangtuosi888@163.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligible for return:

  • All accessories must be included.
  • Items must be in original packaging (open boxes are acceptable).

The following are NOT eligible for return:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Items beyond the 15-day return window
  • Non-quality-related issues after the 15-day money-back period
  • Free or promotional products
  • Items repaired by unauthorized third parties
  • Damage from external sources or force majeure (fires, floods, etc.)
  • Damage from misuse (drops, extreme temperatures, water exposure, improper operation, etc.)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

2. Return Shipping Cost

  • Restocking fee: None.
  • Damaged or incorrect products: If we sent you a damaged or wrong product, KANTOX will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Customer remorse: If you purchased the wrong product or simply changed your mind, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

3. How to Return

  • STEP 1: Email our support team at kangtuosi888@163.com to request a return or exchange. Please include your name, order number, product name, and photos or videos of the issue.
  • STEP 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  • STEP 3: Ship the product back and share the tracking number with us. You will receive a refund or exchange confirmation within 3–5 business days after we receive your package. We'll notify you by email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds? Most banks take 2–4 business days to process refunds. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us at kangtuosi888@163.com with your order number. We will provide you with an Authorization Number that you can share with your bank to expedite the process.

Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Warranty

KANTOX products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience a manufacturing defect beyond the 15-day return window, please contact us at kangtuosi888@163.com. Confirmed warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
